Volume Two carries Chapters 85 through 177, bringing the great penny dreadful to its close. Volume One (Chapters 1 to 84) begins the story and carries the edition’s introduction and the original 1850 Preface.

This Complete Annotated Edition adds Notes on the Text explaining the period references and Fleet Street geography, and a Reader’s Guide with a timeline and discussion questions.
